What are the available shipping methods and delivery time?

Delivery to Posta parcel machines, DPD and Omniva parcel machines within 1-3 business days after order dispatch*
Parcel orders are shipped every business day.

Delivery abroad with VAS “Latvijas Pasts” within 5-10 business days after the order is shipped*

*Some jewelry is made to order, so shipping may be delayed. During sales, delivery may take a little longer than usual.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

If you wish to change your delivery address, you must notify us immediately in writing at [email protected] or by phone at +371 26380895. We will only be able to change the delivery address if the order has not yet been shipped.
