What are the available shipping methods and delivery time?
- Receive in the salon for free every working day 10-17.
- Delivery to Omniva and DPD package stations within 1-3 working days after sending the order*
- Delivery by "Latvijas ExpressPasts" courier - the package will be delivered to your home or office within 1-2 working days after the order is sent*
- Delivery in Latvian post offices within 1-4 working days after sending the order*
- Delivery abroad by VAS "Latvijas Pasts" within 14 - 30 working days after sending the order*
How will I know that my order is ready for pickup?
As soon as the order is ready for delivery, you will receive an informative e-mail.
Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?
If you want to change the delivery address, you must immediately notify us in writing to shop @korola.lv or by phone – +371 26115592 (call only on working days). We will be able to change the delivery address only if the order has not yet been shipped.
I want to return my order, what should I do?
If you want to cancel your purchase, you must notify us about returning the product by e-mail to [email protected] within 14 working days from the moment of receipt of the goods. The order must be in the same condition and original packaging as you received it.
When returning an order, who pays for shipping?
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
CARE OF JEWELRY
Where should jewelry be stored?
Jewelry should be stored in a dry and dark place, preferably in a jewelry box.
How to clean and care for jewelry?
Jewelry and crystals should be periodically cleaned with a dry cloth, this will allow the original shine of the product to be preserved.
The metal of the jewelry changed color, is it possible to clean the jewelry?
If the jewelry has been in contact with moisture or liquid, the metal may change color and tarnish. You can buy jewelry cleaning wipes from us, which are designed for metal cleaning. Each case is individual, so we cannot guarantee that the metal can be cleaned with a napkin.
Can you wash with jewelry?
Do not! Remove jewellery when going to the sauna, shower, pool or swimming. Contact of the products with any liquid (water, drinks, detergents, perfumes, etc.) as well as creams should be avoided. Jewelry can change color and tarnish in contact with liquid. Do not forget that jewellery is the last accent in your image and should only be put on after using perfume or hairspray.
What to do so that the chains do not get caught?
We recommend storing them tightly closed. This applies to both necklaces and bracelets.
The crystal fell out of the earring, can you fix it?
Yes, the earring must be brought to our salon and we will insert the crystal. It should be taken into account that the earring will have to be left with us, because when gluing the earring, it must be immobile for at least 24 hours.
The crystal fell out of my earrings and I lost the crystal, will I have to pay for the repair?
If we have the required crystal available, we will glue the earrings for free.
I lost an earring, is it possible to buy only one earring?
If we have the particular earring style and color available, it is possible to buy one earring at half price.
What to do if you don't hear a click anymore when closing the earrings with the round English clasp and the earring opens?
Since silver is a soft material, it often happens that when you close the earring, the clasp is pressed with your finger and the click is no longer heard. With a finger, the narrow part of the hook that is in contact with the ear should be slightly lifted up with a light movement. Write to us and we will send you a video tutorial. If you cannot do it yourself, you can bring the earring to us and we will fix it.
Is it possible to repair a broken chain?
It all depends on the type of chain and where it is broken. If the chain cannot be repaired, we can replace it (the price depends on the type of chain).

Where will the gift card be sent?
The gift card will be sent to the email you specified in the "Enter recipient's email" window.
Can I receive a gift card in my email?
Yes! When purchasing a gift card, enter your email address in the "Enter recipient's email" window
How soon will the gift card be emailed?
The gift card is sent when the payment for the gift card is made.
Is it possible to pay for a gift card now and send it to the recipient's email later?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the date and time when the gift card will be sent. If you want the gift card to be sent at a time of your choice, enter your e-mail in the "Enter the recipient's e-mail" window and you will be able to send the gift card to the recipient at any time.
I purchased a gift card and the next day I received a "Your order is ready" email. Why did I receive this email?
This is an informational email sent automatically. The gift card was sent to the recipient when you made the payment. You can ignore this email.
Is it possible to buy a gift card in person?
Yes! On site in the store there are gift cards in the form of a card. They can be purchased on working days 10-17.
USE OF GIFT CARD
Where can I use a Korola gift card?
You can pay with a digital gift card only at www.korola.lv by entering the gift card code before making the payment. A gift card purchased at the store can be used both at www.korola.lv and at the store at Antonijas Street 16, Riga.
How long is a gift card valid for?
The gift card is valid for 6 months from the moment of purchase.
Does the gift card have to be used in one purchase?
The digital gift card can be used to pay for purchases multiple times as long as there is a positive balance on it. The gift card purchased in the store must be used at once.
How can I check my gift card balance?
Balance can only be checked for digital gift cards. Go to your Korola account and in the "Gift cards" section you will find information about your available gift cards.
Gift card code is not allowed on the website, what to do?
Check that you have entered the correct code. If the gift card code contains dashes, they must also be entered together with the other symbols. If you fail to use the gift card, contact us by writing to [email protected].
Is it possible to exchange the gift card for money?
No, it is not possible.
I have a gift card worth 50eur, why is the delivery fee added when choosing delivery to the DPD package?
When paying for a purchase with a gift card, free delivery to DPD parcels is provided only in cases where the difference in the amount is not less than 50eur. The value of the gift card is not included in the free shipping calculation.
How long does it take you to make a "Family" necklace?
We make the necklace in 5 minutes.
Is it possible to buy the necklace at the salon?
Yes, the necklace is available in the cabin.
If I want to buy the necklace in person, do I need to give advance notice?
Since we make the necklace very quickly, there is no need to contact us in advance.
How do you know which chain length to choose?
The length of each necklace is indicated in the name. Both the short and long chains have an extension chain that allows you to adjust the length of the necklace, which is why there are two lengths in the name - minimum and maximum. Before you buy a necklace, we recommend that you measure the length of a necklace you already have or measure the length with a string, putting it close to your neck.
I bought a necklace, but it is too short for me. Is it possible to exchange it for a longer one?
Within 14 days of the purchase of the necklace, we can replace the necklace with a longer chain, provided that the necklace is not worn and damaged. The necklace must be brought to our showroom and we will replace the chain on the spot. You will have to pay the difference in the amount to change the chain. It is advisable to contact us in advance.
Is it possible to attach people to the necklace?
If we have the necessary material available, then we can add additional people to the party. +5eur for each added person.
Is it possible to change the order of people in the necklace?
We make the necklace in the order shown in the picture, and the order of people cannot be changed at home. If you would like the order of people to be changed when placing your order in the 'My Cart' notes box, please indicate your preferred order of people.
Is it possible to order the necklace with a different combination?

How will the necklace be packed?
We pack the necklace "Family" in a box, in which it is preferable to store the jewelry.
Is it possible to buy the "Family" necklace with a discount?
We make this jewelry according to an individual order, so the discount does not apply to the jewelry.
When ordering jewelry, in what package will it be packed?
We put each ornament in an organza bag and put all the ornaments in a cardboard bag.
